In our Business Centre, guests can use the fax, copier and computer with internet. This room can also serve as secretarial quarters. Guest can use these facilities for a additional charge. Wifi internet is available at fixed rates.
The host at the Service Desk personally welcomes attendees in the morning, goes through the program for all last minute changes and is there to offer full support during the entire day.
The lobby, adjacent to the meeting rooms, offers a corporate and peaceful environment. Here guests can prepare for presentations, have small discussion group sessions or just relax during the meeting breaks.

In order to help make your meeting a memorable one, our Conference & Events department will be happy to prepare a proposal for a special event, in response to your specific wishes. The event may last an hour or an entire day or even a complete weekend and will be planned, organized and managed by our helpful staff.
