Waxy O’Connor’s Irish themed bar is located on the ground and basement levels of the hotel and features nine areas with six bars spread over three floors - it has to be seen to be believed! As well as the large selection of drinks they offer, including a selection of Whiskies and of course Guinness, Waxy’s serves a Scottish and Irish inspired menu daily until 9pm which includes such treats as oysters, steak and haggis.
